01Information handled by the game

Parcel Shuffle does not require you to create an account. The game saves progress, unlocked levels, hint credits, sound and vibration preferences, and purchase entitlement information on your device. These records support gameplay and remember your choices.

If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you provide so we can respond.

02Advertising

Parcel Shuffle uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Depending on settings and consent, this can include your IP address and estimated general location; device and account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID; app and advertising interactions such as launches, taps and video views; and diagnostic information about app and advertising SDK performance.

Advertising providers may process information on servers outside your country. Google's Privacy Policy and its explanation of how it uses information from apps that use its services are linked below.

03Privacy choices and consent

Where required, the game displays a consent message before requesting advertisements. You can review or change your choices using the game's Privacy options button when available. Your choices may affect advertising personalization and availability. Declining consent does not prevent you from playing the game.

You can manage, reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device's privacy settings, where supported.

04Rewarded ads and purchases

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Completing an eligible rewarded ad provides the reward described in the game.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. The game uses purchase information to recognize and restore purchased benefits. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. The No Ads purchase removes banner and interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available.

05Sharing information

Advertising information is handled by Google and its advertising partners as described above. Google Play handles purchase information. We do not sell personal information. Information you send directly to us is used to respond to your request and may be disclosed when required by law.

06Storage, retention and deletion

Local game records remain on your device until removed. Clearing the app's storage removes local progress and preferences. Android backup features may preserve or restore some app data, depending on your device settings. Clearing game data does not cancel a Google Play purchase or delete records held by Google.

Advertising and purchase providers retain information according to their own policies. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to address your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you have provided directly to us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct or restrict the use of your personal information.

07Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information we handle. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

08Audience and children's privacy

Parcel Shuffle is a general-audience puzzle game intended for players of different ages, including adults. It is not exclusively intended for children. The game does not require an account or ask players to submit their name or address. Advertising providers may handle information as described in the Advertising section.

Parents or guardians with questions about a child's information can contact Tapmallow Games at the email below. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
